Through our Paladin snap-in, JAMS has the ability to deliver rich notifications through SMS/text/voice. And, through our JAMS Management Pack, complete integration with Microsoft SCOM is available.
Paladin: Voice and Text Alerting
JAMS Job Scheduler provides users with notifications through voice calling and SMS text messages, alerting them to critical issues as soon as they occur. These alerts include relevant log information as well as prompts for resolving the issue. From a JAMS notification, users can respond to alerts in real-time directly from mobile phones.

JAMS Management Pack for SCOM
The JAMS Management Pack for SCOM allows for monitoring of JAMS components and services via Microsoft SCOM 2007R2 and SCOM 2012. Resources such as availability, system health and performance data are all accessible through JAMS. In addition to these monitoring capabilities, the Management Pack supports agent tasks and dashboard views.
