As a specialist in JAMS and its integrations, he identifies and resolves WLA deficiencies to optimize the overall effectiveness and efficiency of daily operations for organizations around the globe.

Louis is the co-author of the JAMS University training curriculum, and he has shared his knowledge through many WLA articles. He’s presented on automation topics at various events including SQL Saturday, Ellucian Live, JDA Direct Commerce, Microsoft Tech Summit, and JD Edwards INFOCUS.
