Since 2011, he has partnered with businesses across industries to adopt and implement JAMS, modernizing how they orchestrate critical processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and unlock the full potential of automation.    With more than a decade of experience navigating industry shifts, Jon has guided companies through consolidating legacy schedulers and embracing automation strategies that scale without financial or technical barriers. His work with JAMS has given him a front-row seat to how automation drives efficiency, resilience, and growth — and he brings that perspective to every conversation with business and IT leaders alike.

Louis Diaz

Louis Diaz is a workload automation (WLA) and job scheduling expert. He provides JAMS Software with his extensive experience in solution identification, product implementation, user training, and enterprise planning. As a specialist in JAMS and its integrations, he identifies and resolves WLA deficiencies to optimize the overall effectiveness and efficiency of daily operations for organizations around the globe.

Louis is the co-author of the JAMS University training curriculum, and he has shared his knowledge through many WLA articles. He’s presented on automation topics at various events including SQL Saturday, Ellucian Live, JDA Direct Commerce, Microsoft Tech Summit, and JD Edwards INFOCUS.
