JAMS is very easy to user and works with all of our JD Edwards Instances. We also use it to automate all sorts of other tasks via PowerShell, SQL Server, and Windows workflow scripting. JAMS has also been open and responds to enhancement requests to improve the tool.
JAMS simple to use interface and functionality with JDE made it easy to implement and use. The dependencies … allows for the most efficient use of system time. Grouping jobs together as a setup allows flexibility to make changes very quickly for entire groups of jobs at one time. The projected schedule gives great visibility.
We’ve had great success with the tool for about 8 years. …We’ve had some complex workflows with over 100 jobs in it. … It has great PowerShell APIs when we need to do bulk submissions. The Windows client is easy to use and helpful.

JAMS has the best customer support of any vendor I’ve dealt with in quite a long time. Even before we bought our license, we got good help. Now that we’ve paid, you’re still right there with us. Sometimes software support is great before the sale, and then wanes- not the case with JAMS.
