JAMS Job Scheduler 5.4 automates jobs in Microsoft Dynamics and enables organizations to integrate MS Dynamics processes into enterprise workflows.

26 April 2012 – MVP Systems Software, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise job scheduling and workload automation software, announced today that it has added a Microsoft Dynamics Adaptor to JAMS Job Scheduler 5.4. The JAMS Adaptor for MS Dynamics enables JAMS to seamlessly integrate with MS Dynamics through the AX Business Connector.

JAMS Job Scheduler provides MS Dynamics users with enterprise level control, oversight and reporting for batch job scheduling. Through the JAMS automation framework, JAMS users can create intelligent workflows that combine MS Dynamics jobs with business processes in other applications and platforms. JAMS ensures that both scheduled and ad hoc MS Dynamics jobs are executed in a reliable and timely fashion.

The tight integration between JAMS and MS Dynamics provides a number of features that streamline IT operations and enhance business operations. The comprehensive parameter handling capabilities in JAMS are available to all batch jobs and user jobs. JAMS captures a complete profile of each job it runs and incorporates MS Dynamics Infolog information. By producing a consolidated log, JAMS simplifies tasks related to managing, auditing and reporting on an organization’s IT operations.

“ERP systems, like Microsoft Dynamics, form the backbone of many mission critical processes,” notes David Kluskiewicz, VP Marketing at MVP. “By leveraging JAMS to automate MS Dynamics processes and to connect those processes to a broader IT operations strategy, businesses can gain new advantages in speed, cost savings and reliability.”
