Libertec Solutions in Japan Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement for JAMS Job Scheduler

15 MAR 2011 - MVP Systems Software, Inc., a leader in enterprise batch job scheduling and workload
automation software, announced today that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with
Libertec Solutions in Japan. According to the agreement, Libertec will be responsible for all MVP
marketing, sales and support activities in Japan.

of MVP. “Libertec has a proven track record of providing top notch service and support to its customers
and we have already worked together on a number of successful engagements. Libertec also recently
added personnel to their support team who have worked with our solutions at existing customer sites."
As part of the agreement, Libertec will now have salespeople and support engineers dedicated to the
MVP product line. MVP will be supporting this partnership with development resources as Libertec
continues to aggressively grow its customer base in Japan.
