15 MAR 2011 – MVP Systems Software, Inc., a leader in enterprise batch job scheduling and workload automation software, announced today that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Libertec Solutions in Japan. According to the agreement, Libertec will be responsible for all MVP marketing, sales and support activities in Japan.
