Job Description

Customer Success Engineers solve the ever-evolving business problems associated with running diverse batch processes across enterprises. They collaborate daily with a responsive, dedicated development team as well as experienced application specialists to deliver rock-solid support. They provide pre-sales product demonstrations, support technical evaluations, and provide tier-1 support to a global customer base. Required Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Demonstrated presentation ability
  • Working knowledge of programming languages (.NET, C#, PowerShell)
  • Understanding of Windows and UNIX Servers, CLI, security, and networking
  • Experience working with SQL Databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Understanding of DevOps and cloud technologies
  • Multi-lingual skills preferred

Responsibilities Include

  • Provide timely and clear support to a global base of enterprise customers through multiple support channels
  • Troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms and applications
  • Convert support topics into knowledge base articles
  • Write scripts against APIs and in other various languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
  • Work closely with sales to tailor remote and on-site demonstrations
